Okay i really need to lose weight! NOW! I can't go round looking like a freaking spare tire, or even a fat round balloon. It's totally social suicide. I don't want to be all buffed up like hilary or anything. But i definitely cannot be looking fat. I need to look normal!
Since i'm too tired to exercise, I'll stick to more diets!
So here's what i decided:
1) Jog for 20-30 mins 3 times a week.
2) Situps and what nots every night.
And here's the Non-strenous way of losing weight:
1) No gassy drinks(very fatty). Just nice plain natural juices.
2) Sleep by 11 every night. No sleeping right after a meal.
3) Veggies must out-number meats!
4) No rice!
5) No snacks!
6) Simple No meat recesses!
7) No lunches!
Yes, that's all for now. And we'll see after 1 week(22nd may)
All eyes are staring at you.
