1) Abstain from all red meat
2) Drink at least 2 litres of water per day
3) No rice
4) Eats salad for dinner
5) Jogs occasionally
6) Occasional fish
7) No gassy drinks
8) Plain fruits and Veggies
9) Does weights and situps during free time
10) Feels guilty after eating meat

Does this look like the diet of a health freak?
